NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF CONGREGATIONAL MEETING

The Congregational Meeting scheduled for Wednesday 26th August has been postponed to WEDNESDAY 9th SEPTEMBER at 7.30pm

In order to comply with the existing GBC Constitution and to ensure that the Members have ample time to consider the Motion to establish Eldership at GBC, the ILT has decided to postpone the Congregational Meeting set down for Wednesday 26th August 2009 to Wednesday 9th September 2009.

We need 38 members to be present for a quorum, of whom 29 must vote in favour for the motions to be carried.

We hope this does not cause undue inconvenience and look forward to seeing you on 9th September.
